Lindsey Barnhart, PT, DPT

Dr. Lindsey Barnhart was an avid athlete until she experienced life-changing injuries, including a torn ACL and meniscus. Her personal experiences in physical therapy ignited her passion for helping others heal their bodies.

She’s dedicated to encouraging safe, functional movement and empowering patients through education about how their bodies work.

Lauren Michon, PT, DPT

I first became interested in physical therapy in high school when I was a track and cross country runner and dealt with sports injuries. Eventually the root cause of those injuries was discovered, and I underwent two surgeries to correct hip dysplasia while in college. My time as a patient in physical therapy amplified my excitement about the field, and I wanted to learn as much as possible while recovering!

One-on-One Connection with Your Doctor of Physical Therapy

Other physical therapy practices often delegate patient care to PT techs rather than interacting with clients themselves. Our philosophy is different. Our doctors of physical therapy prioritize one-on-one connections with our patients to ensure personalized, comprehensive care that treats the root cause of issues.

We also believe strong doctor-patient relationships are essential for successful treatment and recovery, which is why we take a proactive approach to care. Every patient at Performance Physical Therapy is treated like a friend and a family member.

Experience exceptional results by connecting with our capable, compassionate team. We look forward to showing you the difference a hands-on, whole-body approach can make.

Personalized Care, Exceptional Results

“Best in the business! Being a former athlete and current trainer, weightlifting, running, golfing, coach and endurance training is a huge part of my daily routine. It’s not always easy to find someone who understands that background or what your body is going through. Lindsey finds the issue within minutes and I’m feeling like a new person by the end of our session.”
— Paul V.
“I have been a group fitness instructor for over 30 years and also work in the health care field. I have been to many physical therapists and I can tell you that both Emily and Taleen are exceptional therapists. They are professional, very knowledgeable, listen to understand the needs of their patients and are very caring. It is not the cookie cutter approach you get at most places. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!”
— Lisabeth M.
I’ve been seeing Taleen since 2020 and absolutely loved my experience. Not only has she been educational, but helped with my shoulder injury. I’ve also seen Emily and enjoyed the experience! The communication throughout the appointments has been wonderful! Talking me through step by step and explaining what’s going on and what can help. I would absolutely recommend!
— Liz P.
Dr. Taleen and Dr. Emily are the best! At Performance Physical Therapy, they are very detailed and intentional with their work and time. It’s always a pleasure seeing them.

I love Performance PT. Any time I have an issue, they are the first ones I call. I have seen multiple people at the location and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them to anyone.
— Joey D.
Dr. Taleen is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable providers I have ever come across. She provides relief immediately when I tweak something or sustain an injury. Her unique way of combining different therapies such as needling and cupping sets her apart from your average physical therapist. I would recommend her to anyone seeking the very best for their body!
— Kara D.
One of the smartest and most humble people I have ever met. She is very hands on with many holistic ways of fixing inflammation and limitations. Very versatile, patient, and obviously educated in what she does. I send many of my personal clients here along with myself and constantly get amazing feedback and results. You will not be disappointed, it's not a chain, she's a local small business passionate in what she does.
